What are order credits?
Order credits are how we determine usage. We allow for unlimited syncs where the inventory is manually updated on any platform,
however, inventory syncs made based on a sale will count towards your credits.
Is a credit card required?
Nope, you can start off on the Free tier and see what the app is like and move on to a paid tier whenever you want.
Why have my products not synced immediately?
This can be due to a multitude of reasons including network delays, API rate limits, or processing time required for complex product data. Please allow up to a few minutes for initial syncs.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?
Yes, you can change your plan at any time and the effect takes place immediately
What happens if I exceed my order limit?
We'll notify you when you're approaching your limit. If you exceed it, you have a grace period where your products will carry on syncing, with a different grace period based on your plan. If the grace period is passed, all sync is paused until the next billing cycle or your plan is upgraded.
Do you offer annual billing?
At the moment no, but we'll soon have an annual plan
