Why is it Free?
During Beta we will provide all the features for free without any hidden costs. We want to polish the product and build all the best features and to do that we need feedback and we want people to use it and tell us that.
We will add pricing at some point, but we will discuss with customers asking what they think the product is worth and we will inform you 60 days in advanced before implementing pricing.
Why have my products not synced immediately?
This can be due to a multitude of reasons but is commonly due to API delays from the platforms, either Shopify or Ebay. But don’t worry, Inventoree regularly checks if the inventory is out of sync and fixes it.
How are orders calculated?
By default orders are calculated based on the total orders made on both Shopify and Ebay within the billing period.
What does it mean by "Unlimited Real Time Syncs"?
It means exactly that, your items will sync as many times as it needs until it hits the order limit on the account plan.
What happens if I go over my order limit?
Once the order limit has been reached the syncing feature continues as is and you'll be charged based on your plan’s usage price.
What if I need more than 6000 orders per month?
We are currently working on a higher tier for customers with higher requirements.
Do you export from Shopify to Ebay?
At the moment we do not provide this feature due to some challenges building it, this will be available sometime in the near future.
